Q. When can I pick up my order?

A. If the item is in stock, it will be put on hold for you almost immediately. You will get an email stating that it is on hold. Otherwise, if the item is not in stock, you will be notified by email that it is "pending" or "backordered", and we will order it in asap.

 

Q. When do you charge my credit card?

A. Your credit card will only be charged once the product you ordered is in store and put on hold for you, guaranteeing that you can come pick it up anytime you wish.

 

Q. I am looking for a product that you normally carry, but I do not see it on your website. How do I purchase it?

A. We have over 15,000 products available, but we only list a few hundred on our website. You can still give us a call to order any products or come see us in store. You can view a list of all manufacturers we carry on this page.

 

Q. Do you still show your livestock products online?

A. We removed this feature for the moment, but will eventually bring it back. For now, keep an eye on the "Site news" page for lists of livestock we receive.
